More generally ´aeon´ means ´eternity´. In geology, an ´aeon´ is a very long period of time. Aeons divide the 4.6-billion-year history of the world into four parts. These are the long intervals, virtually eternities, which make it possible to speak about the time spans, in which stardust coalesced into planets and solar systems. In the series, Aeon we encounter infinity juxtaposed to proximity. These processed photographs of space highlight the night sky in all its formidable darkness.
