INDFALD

It is primarily a matter of the individual stone as a bearer of an image. But an important reason of the interest in lithography lies in the obvious ability to combine the images. Bjarne Werner is preoccupied with what he calls “coordinates brought together” : two images combined giving a third, and usually an unpredictable, image.

This series of lithographs are entitled Indfald where made in 2008 at the lithographic workshop Steinprent in Tórshavn at Faroe Islands. They are printed in small editions on a Takach press directly from the stones on paper size measuring respectively 50 x 60 cm and 50 x 40 cm og
