OTHER PROJECTS

  • Hornbækkrukker

“Hornbæk Krukken” has an international character, where both Japanese and English ceramic tradition can be traced. The jar measures approx. 70 cm in height and is throwed by one of Europe's most skilled potters. Motif is made with clay slips - coloured liquid fine clay, and then glazed and fired. Each jar is a unique work.

  • Black & White

The black and white framework stand out distinctively with their hard, scale-like quality. The punched-out formations originate from some very early paintings, which subsequently shifted over in into graphics, ending up now as graphic objects. It is a range of shifts, as if a little tune first appeared in one form and is now incorporated into another.

  • Villvísi

Villvísi are poems hidden in darkness, poems woven into thick paper and sensuous presence of color. Hidden between secret characters and numbers from an as yet unknown alphabet. In some places it is the calligraph's large brush, in other places it is the sharpest pen that makes notes on the skin of the paper.
